Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy services as per state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and delivering therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
