Registered Nurse – Operating Room (RN – OR)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to join our dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various surgical specialties and demonstrate strong clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Shift hours: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Weekend and holiday call only

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT, Robotics, or related surgical specialties.
• Active Registered Nurse licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative processes.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage anesthesia as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in patient safety and care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
