Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, specializing in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). This role requires a compassionate individual who is eager to contribute to patient care during weekend night shifts.

Shift Details

• Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Weekend Requirements: Yes

Patient Care Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the care and supervision of a patient ratio ranging from 1:22 to 1:44. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care (LTC) settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Comfortable managing a high patient ratio
• BLS certification required
• Pending licenses accepted, but must secure prior to start

Additional Information

Due to the nature of this role, all requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application, as late requests will not be considered. This position does not allow for block scheduling and is not open to local candidates within a 75-mile radius.

Please note that there is an attendance policy in place: if more than two shifts are missed without a reasonable explanation within a 13-week contract, the agreement may be subject to review and potential cancellation.
