Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work night shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Night shift, consisting of 3 twelve-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, implementing appropriate interventions as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Current and valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
