Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-quality care in a telemetry setting and will be adept at managing the needs of patients on a medical-surgical unit.

Shift Information

• Shift Type: Night
• Shift Schedule: 3 – 12 hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• MUST possess a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.

Contract Details
