Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while adhering to established guidelines and protocols. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and documenting patient conditions and needs.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Educating patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Current BLS certification, ACLS certification preferred.
