Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The ideal candidate will possess a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Colorado and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in LTC settings. MDS experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement patient care strategies.
• Monitor patient health and progress, making adjustments to care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, specifically in Long Term Care.
• MDS experience is preferred but not required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
