Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with state practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
