Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Clinic Hematology Oncology team. This position focuses on providing comprehensive care to patients managing hematological and oncological conditions.

Shift Information

• Work Hours: 10-hour Shifts
• Shift Times: 07:30 – 18:00
• Schedule: Rotating day off between Monday and Wednesday

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to any changes or complications.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior experience in oncology, hematology, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems; EPIC experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
