Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible treatment and attention.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in a timely manner.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and preventative care.
• Participate in patient care quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Experience in a relevant clinical setting is an advantage.
