Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, supporting health and wellness, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN will utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and perform necessary diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required.
