Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and will play a vital role in the healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs to ensure appropriate care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
