Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week. The position requires flexibility as every other Saturday is mandatory, with a day off during the week provided in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging processes.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures performed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care.
• Be prepared to float to other locations if needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in mammography is required.
• Current Massachusetts state license is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mammography is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Must have been separated from previous employment for more than six months and be in good standing to be considered for this position.
