Medical Technologist

Role Responsibilities

The Medical Technologist will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. This includes but is not limited to:

• Operating complex laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Interpreting test results and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of laboratory equipment.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Documenting results and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Applicants are required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Valid certification from a recognized accrediting body.
• Understanding of laboratory information systems and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
