Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Emergency Department Staff (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality care to patients in need of acute medical attention.

Unit Description

The position involves either Day/Night rotations or Straight Night shifts, with a requirement of 3×12 hour shifts every other week and every other holiday. The successful candidate will rotate between Day and Night shifts for four weeks each consecutively.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and implement changes as necessary
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records

Schedule Details

This position requires working full-time with a commitment to the stated shift and holiday requirements. The ideal candidate should be flexible and adapt to the demands of the emergency healthcare environment.
