Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in alignment with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
