Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patients’ families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
